The Work

My career was built in phases, but it started with building myself.

Early on, I was young and in rooms advising people much older than me. I covered my insecurities with the illusion of wisdom: authoritative, smart, polished. The problem was, that person wasn't real. In my early twenties, I was passed over for a promotion because I "didn't yet know how to be a person." The people in those rooms didn't believe me, and most importantly, didn't trust me.

I learned fast that no one wants the mask. So I started owning my shortcomings. Yes, I'm young. No, I don't have all the answers. But you're talking to the right person, because I'll figure it out. I always have.

I wanted to inspire people to be honest. To create a room that feels like the hard truth you've always needed to hear. The real stuff. Honesty is scary, but it's pure and it doesn't change. Once the truth is out, there's nothing left to clean up or disguise. That's the foundation of my work, and it's where the magic happens. You can't build a house on a weak foundation, and you can't heal if you're not honest about who you are.
